I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend!

This past week, Mike was out of the country on business and I missed him so! Luckily, I kept myself busy shooting at stunning locations and meeting amazing couples. The week flew by and now I get to spend time with my love! Here’s a lil peek at a portrait session of the beautiful Raquel. There’s so much more to come! If you’re a fan of Anthropologie, this is a session to keep an eye out for.

You’ve “heard” me talk about the fab Christina Vidal {the amazing and so gifted hair/makeup artist I work with alllll the time} very often, but you’ve never actually seen her. She’s worked with a ton of TV personalities as well as very popular recording artists {Ummm… Does the name Marc Anthony right a bell?}.

Ever since she started revamping her site and getting her social media up & running, she’s been itching for head-shots and photos of herself doing everyday things with one of her biggest loves: Her adorable Cavalier King Charles Puppy. Isn’t he the cutest EVER? She’s pretty darn cute too. I adore Christina. In fact, she’s like my second mommy. Do you know that she went to the Anthropologie by her house at the crack on dawn on Black Friday just to see if there was anything there I wanted? SHE ROCKS!

Here’s a very itty, bitty peek…

Magic awaits us!

I hope you’ve all filled your bellies with the yummiest of all turkeys and so many delicious treats! Now that we’ve eaten way more than we ever anticipated and we’re awake from the massive food coma, we’re ready to walk it off at Disney World. I will try not to get distracted by the ice cream {Mickey’s chocolate ears are my favorite!} and swirly lollipops. Wish me luck!

I thought I’d share some other Disney favorites of mine that we never miss…

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor at Magic Kingdom – It never gets old! I love how they choose people from the audience to participate and how funny it is. We’re always loud & crazy in hopes that they’ll choose us. Mike wants to be “that guy”. If you’ve been to it, you know what I’m talking about. Haha!

Toy Story Midway Mania at Hollywood Studios – My favorite ride EVER! Mike beats me every time, but I always try my best to pop as many balloons, break plates, etc. as I possibly can. It’s such a blast! It’s well worth the long wait… and boy, have we waited!

Trends and Basin at Downtown Disney – I’m a sucker for Dooney & Bourke’s Disney stuff. I have a wallet of one pattern and a purse of another. I use them all the time! I’m such a Disney nerd! This shop has the best and most original things. LOVE! As for Basin, we have to scrubs our hands there every time. It’s tradition… followed by a sundae at Ghirardelli! Shh! I did not just mention ice cream again! Haha!

Mitsukoshi in the Japanese Pavillion at Epcot – If you love Sanrio and all things cute, this is the place to go. I drool over all the toys and candy! There are always a ton of things I want to take with me and Mike has to drag me out.

So, until next week… Take care and have a wonderful long weekend! I’ll be thinking about Joy & Rain {I always do! I’m the one with separation anxiety! Haha!}, but my family will be taking very good care of our babies and keeping our home warm for us while we’re gone. I’ll leave you with an adorable shot that I took of Olivia lovin’ on her lollipop the last time we were at Disney. I’ll never look at Magic Kingdom the same after spending the day with her and Lucas.

Miami Children Photography of Olivia & Lucas

First off, I want to wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving! I know we all have much to be thankful for this year. I’m so excited to spend the day with the ones I love and recap on all the amazing moments that have made this such a special year in our lives. After all the yummy food {thanks Mom!}, I’ll be Blacky Friday-ing it up at Anthropologie {extra 50% off sale items, Holla!} and then we’re off to spend the weekend at the happiest place on Earth {Yes, DISNEY WORLD!} with our friends.

I had an early start this morning {Joy woke me up at the crack of dawn} and after I made coffee, cleaned the house and caught up on America’s Next Top Model — all before 9am, I knew I had to share something with you all in celebration of such an important day. I kept telling myself to wait until it got closer to Christmas… It’s much to soon! I’ve never had a lot of patience, so I just have to share a peek of Olivia and Lucas’ holiday portraits!

These kids are so adorable and a blast to be around. From the second I arrived at their stunning home, they whisked me away to their adorable mini mansion in the garden. Literally, it’s a house! It makes the average treehouse look so uncool. They graciously welcomed me inside and I just wanted to move right in. Olivia showed me around her retro kitchen {and all the goodies in those cabinets!} while Lucas got the grill ready.

Later on, they showed me their adorned bushes {very colorful and cute!} and even shared their warm, cozy blanket with me as we had our picnic under the sun. Now I know Santa won’t be around for another month, but they already had some very nicely wrapped gifts. Something tells me they’re undercover elves and this adorable house is actually their workshop…
