“Blackberry Woods” is the official name of the wedding inspiration shoot you’re about to see. Behind the scenes, however, it was known as the Vampire Diaries shoot. Haha! While I was pregnant, I spent any free time I had binge-watching TV shows on Netflix. I blame my swollen ankles and non-stop schedule. Once I started watching Vampire Diaries, I was immediately hooked and I was filled with ideas. I started a board on Pinterest, rounded up some of my favorite vendors from around the country and (with their help and loads of hard work) made it a reality. Magnolia Rouge Magazine featured it in their latest issue and we couldn’t be more excited and honored! Hochzeitswahn also featured it afterwards and I totally did the happy dance when I found out! Aside from being a photographer, I like to dip my feet into everything else wedding-related. Whether I come up with an overall concept or put together a bouquet (like I did for Muri and Mato’s post wedding session, which you can see here), I love expression.
